2008: A year of opening books and minds with a very special Librarian leading the way!

The Computer Lab was in full use in 2008 and students took a huge first step into the age of technology!

Even the youngest students had classes exploring the wonders of computers!

Thanks Principal Daniels for a great day as we all welcomed the new computer teacher and librarian! What a blessed time that was for the school, pupils and donors! I look forward to hearing more about how the classes are going! Love and prayers always, Sandy

APRIL 1 SPORTS EXTRAVAGANZA at Nederburg! So WHO are those guys under those BIG HATS?

None other than Nederburg’s Physical Education teacher extrodinare Mr. Walters and Principal Daniels getting caught under their BIG HATS doing a few last minute strategies before the BIG GAME as they prepared to face off against Scott Oberle and his ‘team’ from MIchigan USA featuring wife Robin and Mamma Sandy!

153 PAIRS OF SHOES on 306 FEET!

BAIE DANKIE and a  BIG HIGH FIVE  to our American Nederburger Family  Ken, Kristi, Andrew, Matt and Amanda for their most WONDERFUL GIFT OF SHOES AND SOCKS AND TIGHTS FOR THE CHILDREN OF NEDERBURG PRIMARY! Check out Principal Daniels making his way through the hundreds of children and families as they waited for HOURS IN HOT HOT WEATHER to receive their pair of shoes!   

Residents can use Nederburg’s Computer Lab- Come on in!

“The Sky’s the Limit” is not only what the pupils are taught at Nederburg but now it’s in the community as well! With the development of the schools’ Computer Lab, residents are invited to come in monthly to learn and use computer skills! Yes, another 1st for this amazing school!

More educational software is ALWAYS needed!

A LIBRARY within a primary school in the East Paarl area? YOU BET!

Most schools in Nederburgs community do not have libraries.  However, with it’s “The Sky’s the Limit” motto, Nederburg now hosts a new Library complete with bookshelves, carpeting and 1500 books that were received from excited American supporters to create the 1st Library in the area within a primary school! The Brecksville Broadview High School and Federated Church God Squad group both in Ohio, USA gave over 1500 books to give the library a great base on which to grow! But they need more!

LIBRARY BOOKS for ages 7-13 years are desperately needed!
